Business Affairs is often learned on the job, but we believe success starts with a strong foundation. Hailstorm Academy provides graduates and aspiring pros with the essential practices needed to excel in this critical field.

Learn to Manage Production & Budgets: Gain knowledge in production lifecycles, understanding bids, contracts, and insurance.

Master Talent & Union Contracts: Gain experience with SAG-AFTRA contracts and learn about talent casting, session and use estimating.

Jumpstart Your Career: Hailstorm Summer Internship 2026
Launch your career in the world of marketing and advertising. Our 10-week, fully remote summer internship offers a hands-on deep dive into the world of Business Affairs.
This isn't a "sit-and-watch" program. You will be fully integrated into our teams, gaining the real-world experience and technical expertise required to thrive in the modern advertising industry.

Real-World Integration: Work side-by-side with our pros to provide day-to-day support on active client campaigns.

Career Foundation: Gain a comprehensive understanding of how Business Affairs functions within top-tier agencies and what it takes to succeed in the field.

Signature Intern Project: Own a dedicated project from start to finish and present your results to the team at the program's conclusion.
