I used to tell my amazing Unicorn BA (PAL) team at 72andSunny that one day I was going to start my own thing, pull a Jerry Maguire and take them all with me! Of course it was a bit of a dream scenario because, while I knew I would do my own thing one day, I just couldn’t imagine being in a place to employ 30+ people and provide the benefits that a big agency could.
After six months, I'm happy to share that we're off to a good start toward that dream. Hailstorm is growing! I'm thrilled beyond words to announce the addition of Amy Sharma as Sr. BA Manager and Kiana Garner as Jr. BA Manager to the Hailstorm roster!
These smart women will be part of the remote network supporting the ever expanding BA needs of brands and agencies across the country. Remote work aligns with Hailstorm’s mission of modern business affairs and work life balance. I love the idea of people working as much as they want, from wherever they want.
